You may use this website to learn about Business Handoff and send a good-faith inquiry. Do not use it to submit unlawful material, impersonate someone else, interfere with the site, test its security without permission, or send spam.

No professional relationship

This site is a private inquiry and information service. Its content is general information, not legal, tax, investment, valuation, accounting, or brokerage advice. Sending a form does not create a brokerage, advisory, fiduciary, agency, or client relationship. Any future engagement would require a separate written agreement.

No promised transaction

Business sales depend on facts that a landing page cannot assess. We do not promise a valuation, buyer, offer, financing result, sale price, closing date, or completed transaction. You remain responsible for your decisions and for consulting qualified legal, tax, financial, and other professionals.

Confidentiality
